Offering you fresh, fresh, fresh and transporting you to another dimension of rich flavors. From the great traditional Tlayuda consisting of a large, thin, crunchy, partially fried or toasted tortilla covered with a spread of refried beans, lettuce or cabbage, avocado, meat...to a Pozole, traditional soup or stew from Oaxaca Mexico. It is made with meat (typically pork), and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded cabbage, chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa or limes.
New Restaurant COCINA OAXACA does not only offers you Mexican Food, but one of the best flavors of Mexico, with three generation's recipes. Challenge your palate with a harmony of rich flavors such as the Mole from Oaxaca, a traditional sauce, darker than mole poblano and just as thick and rich. It also includes chocolate, as well as chili peppers, onions, garlic and more, but what makes it distinct is the addition of a plant called hoja santa.
